Thank you for shopping with GLOBAL-PTT. We want you to feel confident when purchasing our Push-to-Talk Over Cellular radios, SIM cards, app licenses, accessories, and service products. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all included accessories, packaging, manuals, SIM cards, cables, chargers, batteries, belt clips, and other components included.

Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

The product must not be damaged, abused, modified, or misused.

All original accessories and packaging must be returned.

The product must be returned with the original order information.

The return request must be approved by GLOBAL-PTT before the item is shipped back.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return once activated, used, or delivered:

Activated SIM cards

Service renewal plans

App licenses

Digital services

Custom-configured business accounts

Special bulk orders

Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, water damage beyond the product rating, unauthorized repair, or physical damage
